TradeFox lets you add any number of service or product traders to any number of defined locations at subscription.

Machinery King Pty Ltd in the Toolbar below may be situated in several states each accountable for their own operations. To build supply chains for each location requires a separate subscription for at least one person. That person can be the same for every location if a head office approach to supply chain management was policy.

Each Trader added can include multiple locations and multiple staff per location down to photograph and record of last police check for people required to have it for their type of work.

This allows a subscriber to build a total supply chain and include trader details that can demonstrate trade compliance and transparency to government during any audit. Similar to ISO 9000 a user can continually upgrade the status of their trade security and trade compliance by working with traders in their supply chain to achieve approved levels.

ISIC Code Status in the form shown below refers to the ISIC status of a trader's classification that can be different from the ISIC Codes and products they service, e.g. a trader may have an ISIC classification of retailer but may sell products of an ISIC trader classified by their manufacturer ISIC code.

There is also provision to give each trader a tier level to signify a direct or indirect trade association through their tier 1 direct traders, i.e. a map of tiered traders from your direct trader to their direct trader, to each traders direct trader backwards and forwards through the entire extended supply chain.

Note: A subscriber cannot make the details of their traders public and subscribers cannot view the private visual supply chain of other subscribers. This elective to 'go public' feature is only for each subscriber to announce their presence to other subscribers of TradeFox who may wish to consider them for business.

Our Spam policy prevents each subscriber from soliciting other subscribers by email unless that is pre-approved by each subscriber. Generally if a subscriber posts their email address as public it is an act of approval for industry related business by email similar to posting a facsimile or phone number. Most companies follow formal RFQ's and can locate traders in their locations of interest by filtering the Trader Navigator, so it is beneficial to post your minimum business and contact details for access from our Trader Navigator and let the buyer of products or services approach you.
