Compare allows you to view the last two topics clicked with the left mouse button in a top and bottom split screen.

Compare with "Anchor Top Topic" selected retains the top topic and replaces the bottom topic with any topic selected.

Compare works on any topic in the Library or Trader Navigator, Collector view, MORE view, ISIC Report view or the Storyboard view and You can:

1. Compare the same topic by clicking its title in the navigator twice, e.g. long notes or the Australian import schedule 3 with schedule 5 or 6 we list in the same tariff view to compare duty rates for US or Thailand.
2. Compare two related topics, e.g. a topic in one book that references a topic in the same or another book, e.g. many topics in legislation reference other topics in the same or other books

You can select any two of the 15,000 compliance topics in our inbound or outbound compliance books to compare. You can select a "master topic" to compare each successive topic selected by using the "Anchor Top Topic" function from the drop down arrow on the Compare button on the toolbar. Rather than navigate through the full spectrum of library topics you can use the mark-up and collector views to further simplify the research process.
